Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. We want you to love your purchase, but if you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it
  • Unworn or unused
  • With tags and in its original packaging
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

To start a return, please contact us at operations@sseu.com. If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Personal care products (e.g., beauty items)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.

European Union Customers

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Items must meet the same eligibility criteria listed above.

Shipping Timeline

All orders are processed and dispatched within our standard fulfillment window.
Estimated delivery time: 9 to 15 business days from dispatch.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
