At Norrwell, we have been living and breathing wellness since 1999.

Long before cold plunges became a global trend and infrared saunas appeared in every luxury hotel, we were already there — importing the first infrared saunas from the United States into Europe, introducing a new generation to the science and pleasure of heat therapy, and quietly building one of the deepest foundations of wellness expertise on the continent.
