What happens if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage and we'll arrange a free replacement, repair or refund.
Can I return it if I change my mind?
Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Custom or made-to-order units are excluded — this is flagged clearly at checkout.
